The Hatco S-39 Imperial booster water heater can be monitored by employees using a pilot indicator light, calibrated immersion thermostat, and two pressure gauges. With a durable, stainless steel front panel, this unit is finished with silver powder-coated hammertone. Its built-in heat trap and fiberglass-insulated tank-lined with Castone to eliminate limestone buildup-prevent heat loss.
Storing 16 gallons, the Hatco S-39 booster water heater reaches 180 degrees Fahrenheit-the temperature needed to properly sanitize dishes and flatware. This unit is operated with a temperature-relief valve and a pressure-reducing valve. For safe operation, this booster heater includes a low-water cut-off and a high-temperature limit control.
