Hatco S-9 Imperial Booster Water Heater, 16 Gallon, 9 kW

The Hatco S-9 Imperial booster heater is designed to raise the water temperature in dishwashing applications to a safe level for sanitizing. It is made of durable metal with a hammertone powder coating. Its front panel is constructed of stainless steel, which can be wiped clean, and offers internal maintenance access. Through the panel, users can adjust the thermostat or reset the high-temperature limit switch. Also located on the front, the unit’s controls include an on/off toggle switch and a pilot light. This front-facing design enables the unit to be placed directly beside other equipment.

The Hatco S-9 water booster heater has a 16-gallon storage tank lined in Castone for durability and insulated with fiberglass for heat retention. Designed to be fully submerged in water, the tank’s elements only turn on when the water is at the appropriate level. Otherwise, they switch off, preventing burnout.
