Able to produce as much as 313 pounds of ice in ideal conditions, the Ice-O-Matic CIM0330FA/B25PP full-cube ice maker comes with a bin that can store 242 pounds of ice once it’s prepared, giving users plenty of ice to serve from during peak periods. The bin rests on 6-inch legs that can be adjusted, lending additional stability to the unit. The bin’s door has a sloped front and is hinged on top, and inside the bin, an insulated liner protects the ice from high temperatures.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM0330FA/B25PP ice machine head with bin produces full-cube ice, a type that melts slowly to avoid watering down customers’ drinks during service. Digital diagnostics and LED status lights notify users when cleaning and maintenance is needed, and the LED display can be easily read. For faster cleaning, users can activate the device’s sanitizing and descaling processes with one touch, and select interior parts are removable for dishwasher cleaning.
