To improve product flow, the Lincoln 2500-4/1366 Digital Countertop Impinger oven features a 50-inch nonstick conveyor that moves food continuously into the baking chamber. Its air impingement technology uses small jets that blow hot air to heat product directly and destroy the cold air “halo” that surrounds product and lengthens cooking time. Because of this feature, it can crisp, bake, and cook product two to four times faster than conventional ovens. Temperatures are adjustable between 200 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, and conveyor speeds can be manipulated from 30 seconds to 10 minutes to accommodate a wide range of product.
A digital display on the front of the Lincoln 2500-4/1366 oven includes programmable controls for temperature, conveyor speed, and conveyor direction, and users can power this unit on and off quickly with a switch. Designed for countertop installation, it measures 50 inches wide by 31.38 inches deep by 18 inches high and can be stacked with a similarly sized unit to maximize output. For durability, its exterior is made of corrosion- and rust-resistant stainless steel.
