The Scotsman CU0715MA-1 undercounter full-cube ice maker creates clear ice that is ideal for different types of beverages since it melts slowly. The full-cube produced by this unit measures 7/8-inches wide by 7/8-inches deep by 7/8-inches tall. Water is poured over an evaporator that molds the ice’s shape, then falls off into the storage bin so you can easily scoop it out for drinks or other applications. The bin can hold as much as 36 pounds at a time, while the head produces as much as 80 pounds a day.
The easy-to-use control panel makes operating the ice maker simple. The exterior is easy to keep clean and resistant to corrosion. The door to the storage bin slides back to make ice easily accessible. With a width of 15 inches, the Scotsman CU0715MA-1 undercounter full-cube ice maker easily fits into compact spaces, making it ideal for kitchens that have a limited amount of space.
