The Southbend GS/15SC full-size convection oven comes with the NRG fuel-saving system, which uses a damping system to save 35 to 50 percent in operational costs. The company’s patented inshot burners ensure a consistent temperature inside the oven and reduce the risk of clogging. The control panel is located away from the heat zone and slides out to facilitate maintenance and servicing. To keep heat inside the chamber, the oven is equipped with a dual-door seal system. The dependent doors open a full 180 degrees and have high-efficiency, energy-saving glass windows for monitoring products as they bake. The porcelain-finished interior is illuminated by two 40-watt, recessed lamps and designed with coved corners that are easy to clean out. To provide consistent results, the Southbend GS/15SC full-size convection oven offers a 140 to 500 degree Fahrenheit temperature range and includes a 60-minute timer.
