Capable of producing a variety of soft serve products including ice cream, frozen yogurt, custards, and sorbets. Easy to use dual digital user interface and control system maintains excellent product consistency, hopper temperature, and high-performance parameters. Hopper refrigeration and sleep/standby feature keep product fresh and is approved for dairy or non-dairy products. The Spaceman air pump system allows you to choose between six overrun settings, giving you the ability to add even more air to the product, yielding higher profits, creamier, fluffier, and lighter product. Add an air pump anytime you wish to dip cones, swirl extra high, or get that light Instagram famous look! Hopper agitators stir product throughout the day, saving operator time and ensuring consistent dairy safe cooling in the hopper.
