Description
The True TDM-R-36-GE/GE-B-W full-service bakery case has three adjustable wire shelves that support products. They can accommodate two 18-inch-by-26-inch pans, two 9-inch-by-26-inch pans, and four 12-inch-by-18-inch pans, all of which are sold separately, while LED interior lighting shines on the product, improving visibility and presentation of each item. Its glass front and end panels enable customers to see items from different angles, and the rear is equipped with sliding glass doors to quickly serve customers. When changing the arrangement, the front glass swings out of the way.
Durability is added by the powder-coated finish on the white interior and black exterior. Cold temperatures in the True TDM-R-36-GE/GE-B-W display merchandiser run between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit and are maintained by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Reducing cleaning time, a reversing fan blows air over the condenser coils to clear off built-up debris while the condenser slides out to provide access for servicing.
