True Refrigeration TRCB-82-86 Description

Because of its sturdy stainless steel top, the True TRCB-82-86 chef base can support 1,084 pounds of equipment. Its refrigerated drawers offer space for storing product, while the drawer handles have a recessed design, so they stay out of the aisle and do not bother staff working on the top. Spills and messes are caught by the top’s raised marine edge, keeping floors clean and safe. To prevent food from getting trapped in crevices, this unit has a one-piece, seamless construction.

In the base, a total of 10 full-size food pans can be stored, with six stored in the left-side drawers and four stored in the right-side drawers, but these pans are sold separately. The drawers are refrigerated by a self-contained system that provides a set temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, while forced-air refrigeration encourages uniform temperatures throughout the cabinet. Mounted on front, the digital display shows straightforward temperature readouts, and because the True TRCB-82-86 chef base is constructed of stainless steel and aluminum, it can withstand heavy use.
