The CS700 is also NSF certified so it can be used almost anywhere. The EVO820 is a household appliance. The CS700 can run for up to 24 hours, the EVO820 can run in intervals of 40 minutes before it needs to rest. Lastly, the CS700 has a stainless steel bowl and the EVO820 has a bpa free juice bowl. Depending on your needs, they are both great juicers!
