Its front glass and side glass panels are heat tempered to endure high temperatures without breaking; they help protect foods from airborne particulates by creating a barrier between users and displayed foods. The front glass, which is designed for self-service applications, can be adjusted in 15-degree intervals with Chamber Lock technology for specific needs. Its top shelf-made of stainless steel polished to a satin finish-can hold additional supplies, such as utensils, condiments, and dishware.
