To guide ice into the Ice-O-Matic CIM1446FW/B1000-48 ice maker’s bin, it uses efficient Harvest Assist technology. The bin holds as much as 1,000 pounds of ice, and it’s poly lined to provide sanitary storage and reduced risk of corroding. While the heavy-duty door is open, it stays propped up to prevent it from slamming on users. The exterior is made of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel to withstand high-volume use. To expedite installation, this unit’s water-cooled condenser is self-contained.
The Ice-O-Matic CIM1446FW/B1000-48 full-cube ice machine with bin is great for establishments that serve mixed beverages and soft drinks. Depending on ambient temperatures and other operating conditions, it can produce 1,440 to 1,560 pounds of ice per day. Built-in PURE ICE antimicrobial inhibits the growth of mold and bacteria, and the unit’s foodzone is made of plastic with no seams in which germs can gather. To clean the ice maker, the foodzone components can be removed and placed in the dishwasher, and users can start sanitizing and descaling with the push of a button.
