To reduce cooking times while ensuring a crispy, baked finish, the Lincoln 2500/1353 Digital Countertop Impinger oven’s air impingement mechanism encases food with jets of hot air. These jets penetrate food directly, eliminating the cold food “halo” that can create lags in cook times. Designed for versatility, its 31-inch-wide conveyor configuration has a 3-inch opening to accommodate thick foods, while the conveyor’s speed and direction can be adjusted with the front-mounted digital controls. Because products enter the baking chamber one after another automatically, operators don’t have to tend to constantly monitor the unit.

The Lincoln 2500/1353 impinger oven’s temperature can be manipulated between 200 and 550 degrees to accommodate a wide range of cooking methods, and operators can track progress with the front-mounted digital display. This 35.38-inch-wide by 31.38-inch-deep by 18-inch-tall unit is intended for countertop use and is mounted on 4-inch legs so product can cool properly. This unit can be stacked with another oven to maximize production, and its stainless steel exterior resists rust and corrosion over time. To streamline cleaning, crumb pans beneath the conveyor belt trap debris, and the unit’s conveyor and air distribution fingers are removable.
