The Southbend ES/10SC MarathonerGold single-deck convection oven’s single compartment includes five racks that can be adjusted to 11 different configurations. To improve visibility and expedite cleaning, the interior is constructed of nonstick porcelain and fitted with lighting. Enabling operators to view the oven’s contents without releasing heat, the unit’s doors are fitted with glass windows. The exterior of the Southbend ES/10SC electric convection oven is made primarily of sturdy, rust-resistant stainless steel that can withstand intensive use in busy, high-volume kitchens. Its dependent doors can be opened simultaneously with one hand, freeing the other to load product into the cabinet. This unit’s temperature can be adjusted via solid-state, digital controls on a removable panel that can be removed for maintenance.
