The Vulcan C24EA5 PLUS countertop steamer features a high-output steam generator made of durable, rust-resistant stainless steel. This unit’s interior and exterior also are constructed of stainless steel, suiting it for environments where it withstands heavy use. To prevent excess moisture buildup, it uses a smart drain system with a PowerFlush feature.
Designed for countertop use, the Vulcan C24EA5 PLUS electric steamer has a single compartment that houses five 12-inch by 20-inch x 21/2-inch pans. The interior corners are coved to resist harboring bacteria and streamline cleaning. To ensure the unit remains stable on uneven floors, it’s mounted on leveling feet.
