Vulcan VRH88 Description

A low-speed fan on each cabinet interior of the Vulcan VRH88 full-size cook-and-hold oven circulates hot air, enabling users to cook, hold, and rethermalize foods with one piece of equipment. Each cabinet holds eight sheet pans, giving the double-deck unit a 16-sheet-pan capacity. Separate cord and plugs are provided for each cabinet and the unit requires two outlets to function at full capacity.

To reduce time and labor spent tending products, the Vulcan VRH88 full-size cook-and-hold oven automatically switches from cook mode to hold mode. Its 20-gauge stainless steel construction resists dents, scratches, and corrosion, and it can be cleaned swiftly. Casters enable users to move the unit around the kitchen, positioning it wherever needed.
